2024-2025 Activity Fee

Each year, the Ingomar PTO collects a student activity fee at the start of the school year for EACH student. This fee covers field trips, field day activities and a t-shirt for your child(ren). These events and expenses are NOT covered by the district. By collecting this fee in advance, the PTO and teachers can effectively coordinate and plan these activities.

Last 2023-2024 school year required a significant amount of time following up with families to ensure everyone paid the fee. This was necessary to make sure no student missed out on field trips or felt left out on field day without a t-shirt to sign. 

Most of this year's PTO members are working parents volunteering their time to create a fantastic 2024-2025 school year. Please help us streamline this process and maintain our sanity by paying the fee at the beginning of the year.

Registration will close SEPTEMBER 30, 2024!

For families who may have difficulty paying the fee, scholarships are available. Please reach out to to Dr. M. for assistance.
