Allison Fedele

President

Allison is excited to serve as the Ingomar PTO President and is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming, and supportive school community for every family.

Originally from Cleveland, Allison and her husband, Jeff, have made Pittsburgh their home and are proud to be part of the North Allegheny community. They have four children: Olivia (4th grade), Charlotte (3rd grade), James (1st grade), and Benjamin (pre-K), who keep them busy with school, sports, and family adventures.

A former teacher, Allison brings her love of education and community involvement to the PTO. When she's not volunteering, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Allison looks forward to another wonderful school year and helping create meaningful experiences for Ingomar students, staff, and families.

Wendy Gilch

Vice President

Wendy is excited to serve as the Ingomar PTO Vice President. A proud North Allegheny graduate, she was a member of the very first fifth-grade class to graduate from Marshall Elementary School.

Wendy and her husband Nate have two children: Landon (8th grade), and Emma (5th grade).

Outside of the PTO, Wendy works in consumer advocacy and serves as a Fellow at the Consumer Policy Center. Between her career, her children's activities, and volunteering with the PTO, she stays busy—but always makes time to enjoy family and friends.

Wendy looks forward to another fantastic school year and is excited to meet new families while helping create memorable experiences for the Ingomar community.

HEather Deiuliis

Treasurer

Heather is excited to serve as the Ingomar PTO Treasurer and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for students while supporting teachers and families throughout the school year. She believes a strong school community is built through connection, teamwork, and parent involvement.

Heather and her husband, Joe, who is an Ingomar Elementary graduate, have three children: Luca (6th grade), Sofia (Kindergarten), and Milena (Pre-K). As both a returning and new Ingomar parent, Heather is especially excited to welcome incoming kindergarten families and help them feel connected to the school community.

Heather oversees the financial and administrative operations for the excavation company she owns with her husband, where she has developed strong skills in budgeting, accounting, project management, and organization. She is excited to bring those skills to the Treasurer role while helping ensure PTO resources directly benefit Ingomar students and teachers.

Outside of the PTO, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on her children's sports and activities.

Heather looks forward to another wonderful school year and helping create meaningful experiences that make Ingomar a special place for every student and family.

Kimberly Antonelli

Technology Officer

Kimberly is excited to serve as the Ingomar PTO Technology Officer, helping keep families connected through the PTO website, digital communications, and technology resources.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Kimberly and her husband, Mike, have four children: Laura (5th grade), Danielle (3rd grade), Brian (2nd grade), and Connor (Pre-K). Their family stays busy year-round with baseball, softball, dance, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, robotics, and soccer (also adding basketball this winter)—so you'll likely see Kimberly cheering on kids from the sidelines somewhere around the community!

A former actuary, Kimberly now spends her days volunteering and operating what feels like a full-time Uber service for her four children. She enjoys using her technology and organizational skills to support the PTO and help make information easy to access for parents.

Kimberly is looking forward to another great school year and helping create a connected, informed, and engaged Ingomar community.
