Brochures will be sent home with students this week—be sure to check backpacks for all the sweet details.

Important Dates & Details:

• Orders Due: Friday, March 13
• Paper Orders: Return completed order forms with a check payable to IES PTO
• Online Orders: We have included special instructions here or see below
• Pick-Up Date: Tuesday, March 31
• Pick-Up Time: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Online Order Instructions:

1. Have your customers go to our website betsyann.com and make an individual account for themselves (Sign in as a NEW Customer)
2. Start shopping –
3. Under each item select one of the two options
   1. Ship To – if you want the item/items to be sent UPS to a home or individual
   2. Pick Up – if you want to p.u. at our WEST VIEW RETAIL Store on a date you select. OR if you want to p.u. at the set school or organization delivery date
   3. IF YOU SELECT SCHOOL or ORGANIZATION – (When you select Pick Up - A MESSAGE will be sent that it is  ALREADY PICKED UP).   This is the only way our system notifies us that the order has been received) YOUR Order WAS NOT p.u.by someone else.

4. **Must select P.U. option for EACH ITEM.   If not selected, system automatically will select to be UPS shipped and you will be charged for shipping costs.**
5. Once you have your order selected, go to check out. Bottom check out area you will see “Comments and special instructions.  Here you will mark:
   1. Students name and school/organization to receive the credit
   2. Pick up area for School/Organization delivery date or if you want to p.u. at our West View Retail location.
